Dr. Manohar T is Chief of Urology Services, Uro-Oncology and Kidney Transplantation at the Apollo Institute of Renal Sciences, Apollo Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru, with 24 years of internationally acclaimed experience. His core specialities include laser and laparoscopic urological surgery, kidney/prostate/bladder cancer surgery, and robotic urology, having performed over 3,500 cancer surgeries and standardised protocols for day-care cancer surgeries. He treats kidney and urinary stone disease, prostate enlargement, and PUJ obstruction, holding accreditation for 3,500+ RIRS procedures and pioneering HoLEP techniques for very large prostates. Dr. Manohar completed his MBBS from JSS Medical College, Mysore, in 1991, his MS in General Surgery from KIMS, Hubli, in 1998, and his DNB in Urology, adding a Fellowship in Endourology and Laparoscopy and Robotic Surgery Fellow status.
